No — every print is sold through our Etsy shop, ArtsifyPrint. Browse the designs here, then click through to Etsy to choose your size and finish the order. Etsy handles payment, order messages, and buyer protection.

Checkout happens on Etsy, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, SOFORT bank transfer, iDEAL and Wero, and Etsy gift cards. Your card details go to Etsy — we never see them.

Pick the custom lyrics print you want on Etsy, then add your details in the personalization box when you order. For a lyrics print that is usually the song title and artist, the lyrics you want printed, the line you want highlighted, and your color choice from the numbered options in the listing photos. Each listing tells you exactly which details it needs. Anything else you have in mind, message us before ordering.

Yes. After you order we send a digital preview through Etsy Messages for your approval. If we do not hear back within 3 days we print the standard layout shown in the listing photos, so your delivery date does not slip.

Yes — pet portraits and couple portraits are made from your photo. Send it as an Etsy message after you order, which keeps it attached to your order. A clear, well-lit photo gives the best result.

That is your choice. Leave the print unframed, or choose a ready-to-hang frame in black, oak, or white and it arrives already mounted — solid pine, matte finish, shatter-resistant plexiglass, hanging kit included. The back opens, so you can swap the print later.

Unframed prints are rolled — never folded — in a sturdy protective tube. Framed orders are boxed with protected corners.

Every print is made to order and ships within 3-5 business days, with tracking.

Once it is on its way: 2-5 business days in the UK, 3-6 business days in the EU, 4-7 business days in the US. We ship worldwide.

Every order is printed and shipped from the United Kingdom.

Any customs or duties charges are the buyer’s responsibility, and we cannot control how long customs takes.
